Our very first and very important project has been successfully delivered for our brand new global client GF Pipelines whilst partnering with Creative Event Support Ltd.
The Project.
Through successfully integrating into the event team we initially set about helping to shape the agenda, understand and interpret briefs for pre-event content production in creating meaningful and effective presentations that followed the event direction and manage presenters in helping to run a full desktop rehearsal day.

With very little setup time we had to ensure presenters were well prepared, confident and ready to give great performances.
The Vision.
We partnered with the GF delivery team to create a winning event for press and contractors, with this great partnership we aimed to provide the very best experience along with GF Delivery.
Our Solution.
Once onsite we produced the live event, aiding with crew management, show calling and operating graphics for the two, independent and slightly different, daytime shows. With very little setup time we had to ensure presenters were well prepared, confident and ready to give great performances. With our usual calm, meticulous and steady approach to the situation we were able to provide comfort and belief to the presenters leading to the successful delivery of their events.
