One Stop Six Event Roadshow
By far one of the largest events Pro-Aktiv have ever organised, with only 5 weeks to pull together a truly epic event, of equally epic proportion.
A roadshow in epic proportion, that took us on a 5 week journey in CAD design and preparation for this great event.
The Project.
From creating a winning proposal to site visits at each venue with CAD drawings and plans in place for a main room and 4 breakout sessions to include set design and technical delivery we were enormously proud of this series of events.

The Vision.
To create an awe-inspiring event that would not be forgotten in a hurry. Six events with six themes, the vision from our team was to produce an unprecedented experience that would capture the hearts, smiles and laughter of every attendee.
Our Solution.
Our team set about with technical drawings and information on each event, creating bespoke set pieces that would aid in the flow of the six events to include portable kitchen units for a Ready Steady Cook style ‘cook off’, themed magnetic leader board for an omelette challenge, an oversized advent calendar, a life size sleigh and a mock courtroom.
